All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns once production has begun.
If an item is incorrect due to our error or arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and, if approved, repair or replace the item.
Engraved Brands is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement of customer-provided items that are damaged during engraving.
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
