 Most standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days after design approval and payment. 

 Yes. Rush service may be available depending on the item/s and workload. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Proofs are provided when needed. Simple text-only designs may move directly into production for faster turnaround.

 Payment is required before production begins. No items are engraved without payment and approval.

 Yes. Customers are welcome to bring their own tumblers, glassware, cutting boards, and select apparel items. 

Popular brands such as YETI, Stanley, Hydro Flask, and similar coated stainless-steel tumblers engrave well. 

Some materials, coatings, or shapes may not be compatible. If you’re unsure, email us a photo of the item before ordering. 

While rare, customer-provided items are engraved at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for replacement of customer-supplied items. 

Preferred formats include SVG, PDF, AI, or high-resolution PNG files. 

Basic logo cleanup may be available. Additional design work may require a design fee. 

We can engrave copyrighted or trademarked logos only if you have the right to use them.

 We are located in South Hadley, MA and offer local in-store pickup. Our custom glass etching and engraving services allow you to create unique and personalized gifts for your loved ones. From wine glasses to picture frames, we can add a personal touch to any glass object.
